1. About DigitalTemplate
DigitalTemplate provides a Chrome extension that helps Etsy sellers turn publicly available information and images from the Etsy listing they are actively viewing into Pinterest-ready post drafts, schedules, and CSV exports. DigitalTemplate is an independent product and is not affiliated with Etsy or Pinterest.
2. Information we process
When you use the extension, we process the Google account email used for sign-in, authentication session information, account and license status, trial usage, and the publicly available content of the Etsy listing you choose to process. Etsy listing content may include the listing title, description, images, URL, shop name, and publicly available tags or metadata.
3. Why we process this information
We use this information only to provide the extension’s core functionality: authenticate your account, maintain the five-listing free trial, restore lifetime access across supported Chrome profiles, generate Pinterest-ready drafts from the active Etsy listing, remember your extension settings, and provide customer support and abuse prevention.
4. Google Sign-In and Supabase
Google Sign-In is used to authenticate users. Supabase provides authentication, account storage, trial tracking, listing-claim records, and license verification. Authentication tokens may be stored in Chrome extension storage so you can remain signed in. DigitalTemplate does not receive your Google password.
5. Payments and Lemon Squeezy
Lifetime access is purchased through Lemon Squeezy. Payment card details are entered and processed by Lemon Squeezy and are not stored by the DigitalTemplate extension. We receive the order and entitlement information needed to activate, restore, or revoke lifetime access, including refund status.
6. Local browser storage
The extension uses Chrome storage to remember settings such as your Pinterest post template, schedule preferences, authentication session state, and last verified license status. You can remove local extension data by signing out, clearing extension storage, or uninstalling the extension.
7. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell user data. Data is shared with service providers only as needed to operate DigitalTemplate, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and licensing, Lemon Squeezy for checkout and payment entitlement, and Cloudflare for website hosting and security. We do not use user data for creditworthiness, lending, personalized advertising, or purposes unrelated to the extension’s single purpose.
8. Website content and browsing activity
DigitalTemplate reads the active Etsy listing only when the user invokes the extension for that listing. The extension is not designed to collect general browsing history, monitor unrelated websites, log keystrokes, or track mouse activity.
9. Data retention and your choices
Account, trial, listing-claim, and order records may be retained while needed to provide access, prevent repeated free trials, support purchases and refunds, comply with legal obligations, and resolve support issues. You may sign out or uninstall the extension at any time. You may contact DigitalTemplate support through the contact information provided on the website to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
10. Security and policy updates
Network requests use HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit the data used to what is needed for the product. Material changes to this privacy policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
